Arjun Kapoor was born on 26 June 1985 is an Indian actor who appears in 
Bollywood films. He made his debut in Ishaqzaade which is successful at box office.  He has been assistant producer and assistant director for few films.  He is the son of Boney Kapoor who is a famous bollywood director. Earlier appearing in Ishaqzaade he was very fat He is about 140 kg of weight. He lost about 50 kg to get prepared for Ishaqzaade. Now he is  5′ 9″ in height and having weight about 75 Kg. Everyone’s raving about the hot and happening star of movie Ishaqzaade. This 27 year old star looks fit, healthy, and sports a fabulous body. But it’s an open secret that the male lead Arjun Kapoor had to struggle a lot to look hot. He lost a lot of weight! The actor lost an enormous 50 kg in the past four years to be precise.
Kapoor preaches the art of patience and perseverance to make this happen. Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight. Most importantly, there’s no quick fix to lose weight. The most amazing fact about weight loss is that you abstain from food for a month and lose over 10 kg. But all the lost weight can be regained in just 5 days of overeating!!!

The Work Out
Losing weight initially is easy with a lot of cardio and weights. The toughest part comes later. You need to work out hard to get over the unsightly bulge. Kapoor followed a rigorous regime of crossfit that helped him knock off the last 5 kg.
